Some of the faithful, in order to protect the youth from such places, wish to build facilities such as football fields, basketball courts, ping pong and billiard tables, and the like, and rent them out with the stipulation that no betting be allowed on the grounds. In light of this, we would be most honored if you would inform us of your most excellent opinion regarding the building of such facilities for the youth to protect them from those licentious and deviant environments.
